The NHL has suspended Zenon Konopka 20 games for violating the NHL/NHLPA Performance Enhancing Substances Program. According to a statement put out by Konopka, the substance was in a product that he purchased over the counter. "I want to stress ... that I did not take this substance for the purpose of enhancing my athletic performance." [Puck Daddy]
