Roster moves:

Luke Hughes getting quite a bit of All-Star love:

On Colin Miller’s strong play this season: “The Devils have absolutely steamrolled their opposition with Miller on the ice. They’ve controlled 58.42% of the shot attempts – 2nd only to Dougie Hamilton among Devils defensemen – and 57.21% of the expected goal share. That has translated to exceptional results on the scoreboard. The Devils have scored 16 times with Miller on the ice while conceding only six goals. Mikey McLeod (+15) is the only Devils player who owns a better 5v5 goal differential than Miller (+10).” [Infernal Access ($)]

Travis Yost takes a look at Noah Hanifin as a fit with the Devils: “At his best, Hanifin is a top-three option on any blueline and an excellent skater who can be deployed in all situations. He isn’t an overly physical player, but his versatility and confidence playing with the puck make him a seamless fit for a Devils team that wants to play with tempo.” [TSN]
