Did not Our Favorite Team just play this opponent? Yes, back on Sunday. But this time it is on the road. It is the start of a four-game road trip. Also, there is a game tomorrow, so be prepared for that too.

The Time: 8:00 PM ET

The Broadcast: TV - MSGSN2; Radio - Devils Hockey Network (on Audacy)

The Matchup: The New Jersey Devils at the Minnesota Wild

The Song of the Night: The theme for this road trip is the Big Four of German Thrash Metal. I thought it was more of an unholy trinity, but I guess the metal tastemakers have decided to give some respect to Tankard. Anyway, no one will doubt the inclusion of Destruction. From their 1985 album Infernal Overkill, this is the instrumental “Thrash Attack.”
