Our Favorite Team finishes their second back-to-back of the season in their first return from Canada and their first game within the division at the Rock. Yes, we are getting into the season proper and the firsts are getting so specific that it may not matter so much. Except that this is the first game on TNT for this team in this season. That is valuable. As is the game as it is within the division.

The Time: 7:30 PM ET

The Matchup: The New Jersey Devils vs. the Washington Capitals

The Song of the Night: Randy Blythe joined Lamb of God when they were originally known as Burn the Priest. One name-change and guitarist later, they have been making metal ever since Burn the Priest came out in 1997. They have been a mainstay of the American scene in the 2000s and 2010s. With songs like “Vanishing” from their 2022 album Omens, it is easy to understand why.
