Gamethread #69: New Jersey Devils vs. New York Islanders

There are 14 games left. Our Favorite Team continues the homestand this weekend with another afternoon game. This one is against a more local opponent, and it is later in the afternoon than yesterday’s game. They shut out the opponent way back on November 11, 2021, in their last meeting at the Rock.

The Song for the Day: One of the heavier releases in this year so far is Grim Wisdom by Age of Apocalypse. The album just keeps on providing the beef without necessarily screaming in your face for the whole full length. A good example of that is the last track, “Casualty of Time.”

The Rules: The rules remain the rules regardless of the fact that the game is a second straight afternoon game.
