Capitals have one extra forward and one extra D, so obviously two players listed won't play.
Devils roster is 12F, 6D, 2G, so that seems set.

By now you’ve most likely heard that the Devils player who is not vaccinated against COVID-19 is, in fact, Mackenzie Blackwood. He talked about that decision on Tuesday: [The Athletic] [NHL]
One tiny little item of note/concern to highlight from that last story on the team website: Blackwood apparently had offseason surgery on his heel in June. Here’s Blackwood commenting on that: “I think I’m on track, just waiting for the last little bit of explosiveness and strength to come back to my ankle, but I feel like you know my reads, positioning, hands, tracking, all that are right on top of things, so I feel like I’m in a good spot to continue to grow and I think that the start of the season I’ll be in good shape.”
