Things got heated in Manhattan and no, the Devils had nothing to do with it.

While the Devils split games against Boston and the Islanders, the mayhem across the river played out on a national stage. We focused on Fight Night in Manhattan and vigilante discipline against the scoundrel Tom Wilson. All the associated parts of this incident which dominated the news cycle for a weekend (impressive for hockey in New York!) were also touched upon including the firings of New York’s executives and subsequent fine from the league.

The Devils end their season against Philadelphia in a game that is devoid of meaning in terms of league standings but definitely meaningful for morale. Let’s see if they can finish strong.

We’ll be covering the playoffs and offseason for a few episodes soon so let us know what potential future Devils you would like to hear about, whether they’re currently in the NHL or will arrive there (hopefully) soon.

For the last time this season but certainly not this year, Let’s Go Devils!!
