Gamethread #60: New Jersey Devils vs. San Jose Sharks

The New Jersey Devils return to the Rock from Missouri to host the San Jose Sharks. Like the Devils, the Sharks face-planted in 2019-20. Unlike the Devils, the Sharks do not have their first round pick. Talk about the game and perhaps their poor seasons in this post, a Gamethread.

You thought Our Favorite Team face-planted this season? Tonight’s opponent is the Western Conference’s face-planter this season.

The Matchup: The New Jersey Devils vs. the San Jose Sharks (SBN Blog: Fear the Fin)

The Time: 7:00 PM ET

The Song for the Evening: San Jose is near the Bay Area. The Bay Area is best known for Thrash. Last year, Death Angel continues to demonstrate that they still have ripping guitar leads with their 2019 album, Humanicide. The track “I Came For Blood” is more punk-ish, but it still thrashes.

The Rules: The rules remain the rules regardless of the fact that this is another game in February between two rather bad teams. Please keep your comments clean, legal (read: no streams, no links to streams, no asking for streams, no streams), and all about the games itself. Just as importantly, let’s respect each other.
