In a busy week before the NHL Trade Deadline, the New Jersey Devils have only one road game. It is against the defending Stanley Cup Champions, the St. Louis Blues, who are rather good. Talk about the game as it happens here in this Gamethread.

The Song for the Evening: St. Louis rallied around the Laura Branigan single “Gloria.” That is not my favorite Laura Branigan song. “Self Control” is. You can thank Grand Theft Auto: Vice City for that. And the song writers. And Laura Branigan. It is a greater song than “Gloria.”

The Rules: The rules remain the rules regardless of the fact that it is a road game in the middle of a busy week at home.
