Today, there is more New Jersey Devils hockey! The 2019 Prospects Challenge continues this afternoon as New Jersey will play Pittsburgh. Expect most of whoever did not play yesterday to play in this one.

The Time: 3:30 PM ET

The Broadcast: This is an online-only tourney. The Devils’ official website should have this on a stream.

The Matchup: The New Jersey Devils vs. the Pittsburgh Penguins (SBN Blog: PensBurgh)

The Tourney Preview: As this is pre-preseason, there will not be a game preview. Instead, I put together this preview for the entire 2019 Prospect Challenge. Check that out if you want to get caught up on what this all is before (or even during for some reason?) the action.

The Goal: No injuries and play well. Expect to see this in the next Gamethread too. It is an exhibition, after all.

The Song of the Afternoon: Let’s keep it going with some more fusion. The 1981 album Cross Point had one of the most known songs by fusion group Casiopea: “Galactic Funk.” As the name suggests, there is a lot of funky bass going on here.

The Rules: As usual, keep it clean, respect your fellow Devils fan, and keep it relevant to the game. Go Devils.
