Garden State of Hockey- AAtJ Podcast Episode 6: Challenging the Prospects

The Devils prospects were certainly met with a challenge in Buffalo but who stood out? The Top 25 Under 25 also marches on as we approach the Top 10.

This week’s episode is short and sweet. Why’s that? Well, Pavel Zacha quickly made our opening discussion irrelevant on Tuesday morning. John gave his take here so check out some of his thoughts on the last domino to fall in terms of Devils free agents.

Otherwise, we wrapped up the Buffalo prospects challenge and discussed the play of some of the bigger prospects. For some video review of Jack Hughes’ performance, check out this shift-by-shift review by Corey Masisak (here’s an overall recap of the tournament as well) and Mitch Brown’s look at how Hughes’s speed makes him special ($). We then continued blazing through the next two sections of the Top 25 under 25 and stopped just short of the top ten. 16-20 are here and 11-15 are listed here so be sure to read along for some in-depth analyses to supplement the podcast.

Our question this week: who stood out to you during this tournament and what does your Top 10 order look like?
