In our final episode of 2019, we took a look back at the past week in New Jersey Devils hockey (another 1-2 three game span this season) as an extension of this decade in Devils hockey.

We took a look back at some of our favorite moments from a tumultuous decade in New Jersey with lots of local interesting highs and a long span of lows that the franchise hadn’t seen in a single decade since moving to New Jersey. This was a decade that saw a finals appearance, the best individual season for a Devils player, the first two first overall picks in franchise history and regime changes in every single aspect. Ownership, GM, players, you name it.

We also take a look ahead to 2020 via the upcoming World Junior Championship featuring some Devils prospects who hopefully contribute to the answer that we all seek as fans.

To reiterate, we want to thank you all for listening since our first episode back in August and we’re looking forward to evolving and growing in 2020 alongside our favorite team. We’ll be back with potentially two episodes each week, guests and much more but none of it would be possible without the attention and time you’ve all devoted to the site and specifically to the podcast. Thank you for all of your comments and engaging questions and keep them coming!

Have a happy and safe holiday season. All the best to you and your Devils-loving families.
