Gamethread #29: New Jersey Devils at San Jose Sharks

Tonight, the New Jersey Devils wrap up a back-to-back set and their three-game trip in California with a game against the San Jose Sharks. The Devils beat them once earlier this year. Can they do it again? Talk about the game as it happens in this post, a Gamethread.

Our favorite team has a chance to sweep a season series tonight. Really.

The Matchup: The New Jersey Devils at the San Jose Sharks (SBN Blog: Fear the Fin)

The Song for the Evening: You know, I do not listen to a lot of Black Sabbath. I know about Ozzy. I know about Dio. I did not know about Ian Gillan. (Or Tony Martin or that one album that Glenn Hughes was on.) I also didn’t know about their 1983 album, Born Again. It’s a rocker for sure. Gillan can certainly hit the high notes. This is the song “Hot Line,” the seventh song from the album.

The Rules: The rules remain the rules even when the game is on and you’re facepalming that I admit I do not know enough about Sabbath. Please keep your comments clean, legal (read: no streams, no links to streams, no asking for streams, no streams), and all about the games itself. Just as importantly, let’s respect each other.
