Our old friend Ilya Kovalchuk has slipped down the Kings’ lineup and on Sunday played on the team’s fourth line. He logged 6:20 of ice time in that game. In the Kings’ Tuesday game against the Canucks he played 9:05. This is probably not the grand return he envisioned. [TSN]
