New Jersey Devils Podcast Talking Red Episode #256 - Credit Where it’s Due

On this week’s Talking Red, Dave and Mike ring in the New Year by talking about the Devils surprising first-half record, odds at the playoffs, John Moore’s improved play, future jersey retirements, World Juniors, and more.

On a New Years edition of Talking Red, Dave had me (Mike) on to talk about where the Devils stand with the calendar turning over, including how much better they are than we all expected and their chances at completing a run to the postseason for the first time in six years. We also gave some props to John Moore, who has been less John Moore-y of late, and talked about the Devils prospects and their performances thus far at World Juniors. We round it out by taking some listener questions on number retirements, potential trade deadline strategies, and more.

The ways to listen to this week’s episode, which is 1:05:57 long and 30.19MB in size, are the same as ever:

Thanks to Dave for having me on and thanks to everyone else for listening. If you have questions or comments, you can leave them here or the Talking Red website. Alternatively, you can go give me (@ColdSportsTakes) or Dave (@TalkingRed) the business on Twitter. Happy New Year, and have a good week.
