The deal shakes out to $660,000 in 2017-18 and $700,000 in 2018-19.
Out of the three signings, Devils fans have seen the most of Joseph Blandisi. He’s played 68 NHL games with the Devils over the past two seasons. He has a total of 8G-18A, including 5G-6A on the power play. Last season, he scored his first career OT goal in a 3-2 win over Our Hated Rivals.
Mirco Mueller - 2 Years, One-Way, $850k AAV

Mirco Mueller’s deal breaks down to $775,000 in 2017-18 and $925,000 in 2018-19.
The Devils acquired Mueller last month from the San Jose Sharks along with a 5th round 2017 pick in exchange for the Devils’ 2nd and 4th round selections in the 2017 draft.
The 22-year old defenseman has split his time between the NHL and AHL with San Jose over the past three seasons. During that time he’s put up 2G-4A over 54 games at the professional level.
Scott Wedgewood - 1 Year, Two-Way, $650k

Scott Wedgewood’s contract is worth $650,000 at the NHL level.
Wedgewood only played 10 games in the AHL last season after requiring surgery for a shoulder injury. In that brief run he put up a 2.18 GAA and a .912 SV%. He has a 50-36-16 record in his 109 career AHL games.
In the 2015-16 season, he played four games at the NHL level with New Jersey. He put a 1.25 GAA, a .957 SV%, and one shutout - facing 39 shots in Pittsburgh.
Your Thoughts
Three new contracts - probably none of which were surprises to Devils fans. What’s your take here? Think Blandisi will spend more time at the professional level this season? Excited to see Mueller in action? What about Wedgewood as a future opportunity in NJ?
