New Jersey Devils Podcast Talking Red Episode #234: Draft Winners

As you likely know by now, the New Jersey Devils won the 2017 NHL Draft Lottery and will select first overall for the first time since the franchise became the Devils. It’s a big deal. Enough for a new episode of the Devils podcast, Talking Red. David Sarch and Mike Stromberg got together to talk about the biggest Devils win in weeks. They also discuss the matter of one (1) Ilya Kovalchuk given some recent reports and rumors. There’s even a Mattias Tedenby reference. Most importantly, there’s plenty of discussion about draft picks. David Sarch interviewed Steve Kournianos of The Draft Analyst, who he thinks is the top prospect in this year’s draft and why.
