As the NHL playoffs continue along, Devils’ fans sights are set on the draft as well as free agency. In the latest Talking Red, David gets the 2017 NHL Draft talk going with former NHL amateur scout and current runner of prospects site Recrutes.ca, Grant McCagg. They cover a number of big names being looked at near the top of the draft board including Cale Makar, Miro Heiskanen, Owen Tippet, Cody Glass, and a number of other names projected to potentially go in the top half of round one. As a bonus, McCagg also fills Devils fans in on what Michael McLeod has been up to in Mississauga this season. In addition to the interview, Dave and I (Mike) talk about a certain Russian whose name has appeared in recent Devils news, discuss our playoff brackets and watching habits, and take some listener questions.
