The Devils claimed a statement win over the Blackhawks on Saturday. It was a 4-1 win, which extended the team’s winning streak to four games. [Fire and Ice] [NJ.com]
I should note here that Brian Boyle and Kyle Palmieri left that game, apparently with injuries. It’s unclear what those injuries were or the extent of them.
John Hynes says no immediate update on Brian Boyle or Kyle Palmieri. Taken out for precautionary reasons. Likely no update until Wednesday morning skate.
