The Song for Today: Today is the season debut for a few New Jersey Devils. Marcus Johansson, Drew Stafford, Mirco Mueller, Brian Gibbons, and Jimmy Hayes are expected to make their NJ season debuts. It will be the NHL season debuts for Will Butcher, Jesper Bratt, and, potentially the biggest name, Nico Hischier. As Hischier is from Switzerland and this game time is Swiss-friendly, it is only appropriate to highlight Coroner, one of the best metal bands to come from the country. From their 1989 release, No More Color, this is “D.O.A.” Dig the riffs. Enjoy the hockey.
