Connor Chatham had an assist, +1 rating, 4 penalty minutes, and 7 shots over the course of Windsor's 3 games last week. Since moving to Windsor to play a more supportive role, he has seen his SH/GP rate drop from 3.03 with Flint to 2.38 with Windsor as well as his Pts/GP drop from 0.85 with Flint to 0.50 with Windsor. His SH% has remained steady, from 10.68% with Flint to 10.53% with Windsor in 8 games.

Pavel Zacha was held off the scoresheet in 2 games against London last week, going a -4 with 4 penalty minutes and 5 shots across those games. He earned an assist against Peterborough on Saturday but also was ejected from the game for a "check to the head" which seemed a bit harsh. Ian Pulz (give him a follow) tweeted a video of the hit and it appears the ref got it wrong. Zacha was in the line up the next night so it seems the league had no issue with the hit.

Josh Jacobs also had a tough time in those 2 games against London going a -4 with 4 shots. He did have a productive game against Peterborough with a goal and an assist along with a +2 rating and 2 shots. The goal was his 2nd of the year and snapped a 28 game drought. I had the chance to watch Jacobs a decent amount last year for MSU so I know his game is a lot more than just points, but it's still nice to see him get on the board, especially since I thought the move to the OHL would yield a bit more offensive production for him.

Blake Speers had 2 PP assists, a -1 rating, 2 penalty minutes, 7 shots, and won 27 of 38 faceoffs across 3 games for Sault Ste. Marie last week. Colton White has himself on a 3 game point streak after scoring against Sudbury on Wednesday and earning assists against Guelph and Windsor on Friday and Sunday respectively. He managed an even rating and 6 shots during this stretch.

Mackenzie Blackwood missed all 3 of Barrie's games last week due to suspension. He'll be eligible to return to the ice this weekend.

Alex Kerfoot had a goal, 2 penalty minutes, 4 shots, and won 6 of 18 faceoffs against Colgate on Friday. He followed that up with a 2 PP assists performance against Cornell the next night while winning 6 of 14 faceoffs. His 1.06 assists per game ranks 4th in the NCAA at the moment.

Boston College took on UMass and UConn this weekend. Steve Santini had an assist, shot, and +5 rating against UMass on Friday. He left Saturday's game against UConn with a +2 rating with an undisclosed injury. He was to be evaluated on Sunday but as of the time of this writing, no news has been announced on his status. Miles Wood had a goal, assist, +2 rating, and 4 shots against UMass. Wood then had an assist against UConn on Saturday. JD Dudek found himself a healthy scratch this weekend, giving him 3 straight games off.

Brett Seney scored in both of Merrimack's games against Northeastern on the weekend to give him 3 goals in his last 3 games. He finished the weekend with an even rating, 6 penalty minutes, 5 shots, and won 14 of 26 faceoffs.

Dinamo has just 8 games remaining in their regular season which concludes on February 18. They currently sit in 10th place in the West, 8 points out of a playoff position.

Joe Faust had an even rating and 8 shots across Adirondack's 3 games last week. Ken Appleby only played 1 game last week but made it count by stopping 34 of 36 against Manchester on Saturday. Despite the loss he picked up his 4th straight Quality Start and now has 7 Quality Starts over his last 8 starts. He seems to be rebounding nicely after a rough December.

Prospect of the Week

With a goal and 5 assists in 3 games, John Quenneville is our prospect of the week. The Devils 1st round pick from 2014 is enjoying a nice 2015-16 season with 42 points in 32 games.
