Apologies for the belated post, but there is indeed a new episode of Talking Red ahead of the 2015-16 NHL regular season. For the unaware, this is a New Jersey Devils podcast and it hosted by David Sarch. I was not available to record but former AATJ writer Tom Stivali was and so he joins David to talk about, what else, the upcoming 2015-16 NHL regular season. But there's more. The author of Hockey Abstract, Hockey Prospectus contributor, and all around, all-world hockey analytics guy Robert Vollman is also on this episode. David interviewed him about, what else, the upcoming season. All that and a congratulations to Mike Stromberg, who has been recently married.
Disclosure: Vollman reached out to David and I for this saying he was available, and so we appreciate his appearance as always. While I've worked on HP 2015-16 as he did (which is still available and you should buy), that's the extent of of our working together. That said, he's a Guy Who Knows Things and the 2015 Update for Hockey Abstract is still available. Check it out at Vollman's site, Hockey Abstract.
That bit of disclosure and this lateness does not mean the ways for you to listen to this week's episode have changed. You can get it directly at the TR website. (Which does not have a photo gallery.) You can go to iTunes and/or Stitcher and download it there. You can even stay right here at this post and listen to a stream of it. No matter how you choose, this week's episode is 1:18:49 long and 27.07 MB large.
Again, thanks to Rob Vollman for coming on, Tom for appearing with David, David for hosting another episode, and thank you for listening. If you have any questions or comments about the show, you can leave them here or contact David on Twitter at @TalkingRed.
