The regular season is officially underway in the NHL. The New Jersey Devils played two games, lost, and so we talked about them on this week's episode of Talking Red. David Sarch and I go over the two losses. We also go over the Brian O'Neill trade and why we liked it. We also touch on what's new at The Rock as we both went to the home opener.  Most of all, David got to interview Pat Pickens of the New York Times, USA Today, NHL.com, and other publications. The discussion focuses on the local teams and what's been going on the NHL as the new season begun.

I'd like to thank David for having me on this week's show and Pat Pickens for taking the time to affair.  It may be 2015-16 and there's some changes both at the team and arena level, but the ways to listen to this show remain the same. You can get it directly at the TR website. You can go to iTunes and/or Stitcher and download it there. You can even stay right here at this post and listen to a stream of it. No matter what you choose, this week's episode is 1:11:55 long and 24.7 MB large.

If you have any questions or comments about the show, you can leave them here or contact David on Twitter at @TalkingRed. Thank you for listening.
