New Jersey Devils Podcast Talking Red: Episode #170

Four out of six potential points usually means it's a good week, but the New Jersey Devils made it difficult. David Sarch and John Fischer discuss all three games, the Prudential Center, and answer some questions on this week's episode of Talking Red.

While the New Jersey Devils technically won the week from a results-perspective, they did it the hard way: an overtime loss, a shootout loss, and an overtime win.  It made for some stressful viewing.  It also made for plenty of discussion for this week's episode of Talking Red.  David and I opened the show with further discussion about the Prudential Center. Then we went into each of the three games: the embarrassing loss against Our Hated Rivals; the disappointing shootout loss on Chico Night to Dallas; and the win in Ottawa.  We touch on the PK issues. We praise Damien Brunner. We wonder whether Jacob Josefson has done enough to stay in the lineup.  We endure a terrible impersonation in that I do it and David (and you) has to hear it.

Thanks to David for having me on again. Regardless of the stress caused by watching Devils hockey, the methods to listen to this show remain the same and are not at all stressful. You can go to the Talking Red website and get it from there. You can go to iTunes or Stitcher and find the show there. You can even stay here and listen to a stream of it. Whichever way you choose, this week's episode is 45:33 long and roughly 20.85 MB large.

Please leave your thoughts about this week's episode in the comments or tell David directly on Twitter: @TalkingRed.  Thank you for listening.
