New Jersey Devils Podcast Talking Red: Episode #147

The day after the Stadium Series, David Sarch and John Fischer go over the previous week of New Jersey Devils hockey. It started with a big, blowout win, ended with a big, blowout loss, and much discussion was had about goalies, wingers, and the importance of the stretch run.

Given that David Sarch and I were in the Bronx, this week's episode of the New Jersey Devils podcast Talking Red was recorded and released tonight. As usual, it's about the previous week in Devils hockey. We begin with the surprisingly big blowout win over St. Louis. We continue with the more usual sort of game against Washington. We end with our experiences at Yankee Stadium and the terrible 7-3 loss to Our Hated Rivals. David and I also touch on the need for a top-six winger given the recent experiments with Jaromir Jagr and Travis Zajac; goaltenders (you know what that means); and other general points about how the team is playing. It's a bit later than normal but it's the same kind of show we give you nonetheless.
