Sunday was a big day for the New Jersey Devils. At the 2013 NHL Draft, they got a new NHL goaltender for the cost of their ninth overall pick and five new prospects in the system. The day after, Dan Pennucci, David Sarch and myself got together to discuss what the Devils accomplished at the draft as well as the draft experience and Gary Bettman's new catchphrase that certainly won't be run into the ground. The news hasn't stopped since. Today, Tom Gulitti confirmed Dainius Zubrus' contract and reported that Patrik Elias was close; so we talked about that as well. Plus, Peter Harrold was reported to be re-signed during our recording, so we touched on that as well. Free agency is looming in just a few days so the rollercoaster of news continues to roll on. Won't you join us for this episode of Talking Red as we try to get through it all?
