There hasn't been much offensive success and at times not enough defensive success from the New Jersey Devils. There has been more than enough successful discussion of the last week of Devils hockey with Talking Red. David Sarch and myself got together after the Devils' third-period flop in D.C. to talk about that game, the win on Thursday night in D.C., and the frustrating shootout loss against Ottawa at the Rock. We delve into various Devils and non-Devils news from the past week such as the current slump of Travis Zajac, the debut and impressions of Andrei Loktionov, the goal scoring ways of Reid Boucher in Sarnia, the unimpressive play of Henrik Tallinder, the injury to Ryan Carter, the dismissal of Lindy Ruff, and much more. I even go off on a rant about Charles Wang at one point amid touching on the waiving of Rick DiPietro.
