For the NJ Devils sake let's hope the Kings are indeed feeling quite foolish this eve.
Gameday Info: Damien Brunner will be a healthy scratch for the Devils and Mattias Tedenby will take his place in the lineup. Cory Schneider is expected to start in net over Martin Brodeur. As for the injury report New Jersey defenseman Anton Volchenkov is still out with a leg injury. Defenseman Bryce Salvador (foot) and forward Ryane Clowe (head) will also be unavailable. In addition to Jonathan Quick, the Kings are without forwards Kyle Clifford (head) and Jeff Carter (foot), as well as defenseman Matt Greene (upper body).
