This is per Tom Gulitti: There are reports that Kovy wants this done in 24-48 hours as of his 2:42 PM post on Thursday, August 26th. In all liklihood, the Devils should sign him, however I don't like the fact that the KHL apparently re-entered the picture and now all of a sudden, Kovy wants to finish the business.
