It's time to see if the Devils will get a win and break the slump or disappointingly fail to win in their sixth straight game.

The latest news from Gulitti is that Patrik Elias will not play tonight due to muscle soreness in his legs. Jay Pandolfo will step into the lineup; Chere has an expectation of what the lines will be here. Sutter doesn't sound happy about it; but it's not like Elias can switch the soreness on and off. Legs are crucial in hockey, they don't work so well when they are sore. And a healthy Elias, unfortunately, is crucial to the Devils. The Devils not only haven't been scoring nearly as much as they have been lately, but now they will be short one of their top forwards against a hot Penguins team. I repeat my "Yikes" from the preview.

Check out Pensburgh for the Pittsburgh side of this game, Frank has his preview up and he still remembers the 3 goal comeback from the last Devils-Penguins game. He also remembers that much has changed since then.

As always, feel free to leave your comments and thoughts about the Devils, the game, or anything else relevant to what's going on (e.g. maybe Chico is only eating three hot dogs?). Please keep it clean. Go Devils!
